Senior Developer - We are looking for a top-notch developer to join us. This position will offer you the opportunity to join a very technically strong founding team and influence large changes at our growing startup.

Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Designing, implementing, testing and monitoring crucial components of the infrastructure.
  • Developing bleeding edge client side web components and a stable, scalable, back-end.
  • Helping to design and implement real-world, real-time, responsive p2p algorithms.
  • Taking part in the product roadmap with a very high impact on the company.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years in software development.
  • 2+ years in web development.
  • Startup experience.
  • Experience in development-team leading.
  • BSc in computer science or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Javascript, HTML 4/5, AJAX, HTTP, W3C standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in software back-end environments: node.js, MongoDB/REDIS/Memcache.
  • Proven track record of delivering large amounts of high quality, complex code.
  • Good familiarity with concepts of internet communication such as OSI layers. P2P communication and protocols is a plus.
  • Open source development (active github account is even better).
  • Experience with agile development and TDD.
  • Experience writing infrastructure and libraries.

Product Marketing: - We’re looking for a self starter with proven startup experience to join the team. The ideal hire would be just as comfortable crunching analytics as they are meeting with current and prospective customers. Our marketing hire should be well versed in all customer acquisition strategies and channels, but also able to jump into onboarding and customer service conversations.
You will have a HUGE part of our success as you will lead all marketing efforts. We count on you!

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing marketing plans for inbound campaigns .
  • Identifying niche outbound opportunities and working directly with our sales team to improve .

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience with direct marketing platforms and the ability to A/B test to optimzie performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics.

  • Experience running email-based campaigns.
  • Customer outreach and customer success champion.
  • Someone with prior media relationships who can help greenlight articles from established sources is preferred.
  • Basic technical skills preferred.

Sales Development Representative: - As a Sales Development Representative, your role will have a significant impact on the growth of Peer5 as an organization. Simultaneously, it will have an immediate impact on the advancement of your career. We are scaling at a rapid pace and it is imperative for us to find candidates who embrace a challenge, are eager to learn, and have the passion to be successful.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating different types of companies, problem-solving, and figuring out how you can help them improve all while meeting your own monthly sales goals.
  • Strategize with Sales on which companies to target.
  • Find the relevant contacts within those companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn and/or phone.
  • Qualify prospects & set up meetings for sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a constant flow of quality leads.
  • Work towards a monthly sales target.
Key Qualifications:
  • 1 year of sales experience or more.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities.
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply.

Account Executive - The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships, driving revenue and closing business. This seller is the day-to-day point of contact for clients and is responsible for selling Peer5’s value proposition effectively in the online video marketplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue, close business, and build relationships.
  • Consult with clients on their needs, and present innovative solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Negotiate deal costs and terms to close win-win client programs.
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of digital or online video related sales. Experience in online video and mobile required.
  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (for example, Salesforce.com).
  • Successful experience in the business to business sector.
  • Comfortable selling over the phone.
